1. Consultation & Site Visit:
                a. Discuss project and design needs
                b. Outline scope of project
                c.  Site measurements & field notes
                d.  Determine drawing needs and construction schedule

2. Preliminary Drawings:
                a.  Initial drawing layout
                b.  Present and review drawings
                c.  Analyze and evaluate changes to drawings

3. Finalize Drawings:
                a.  Revise drawings as needed
                b.  Present floor plans,
                     elevations and cross sections
                c.  Final drawings approval

4. Construction Drawings:

               Final review of concepts, details and materials

                b.  Complete set of working drawings

5. Final Working Drawings:

                a.  Plans sent out, reviewed, approved and stamped by a
                     New York State Licensed Engineer
