Design Build is a two part mechanism through which you as an owner work with Eric & Eric to complete your project.
The first phase is the design, which is a master plan drawn for your project. The fee for this plan depends on the size and complexity of your project. The initial design is presented to you for review and changes, then a final plan is prepared with pricing. When you decide to proceed with your project, the second phase begins. This consists of a building proposal (contract) and detailed specifications. When you accept the building proposal, the design fee is credited in full toward your project. Then we will secure engineering approval as necessary, obtain permits and set a projected start date.
