Eric & Eric Custom Building Plans and Service provides comprehensive and detailed home drawing and drafting services, home plans, 3-D home drawings, CAD drawings, and floor plans to meet all of your home building and remodeling needs. Our home drawing process begins with an on-site visit and consultation to determine construction needs prior to the development of drawings.
We begin with an initial consultation and site visit, to discuss all project needs and outline the scope of the project. While on site, we take site measurements, compile field notes, and determine drawing needs and construction schedules.
We then prepare a preliminary set of home drawings and layouts. After the preliminary drawings are presented and reviewed, we analyze and evaluate any changes that need to made to the drawings.
The drawings are revised as needed, and then all floor plans, elevations, cross sections, and other construction drawings are presented for final approval.
The construction drawings are then laid out and compiled into a complete set of working drawings, including all concepts, details, and a list of materials needed.
